Factory – Office

The former sugar factory is now used as an event location. In the future, this function will be shared with the office function. A new part of the factory will be built to fit in with the surroundings. The building will have a repetitive pointed roof and many windows.

Unique to this (office) building is the glass ‘greenhouse’ that breaks through the building! The office spaces are finished with glass facades (on the side overlooking the ‘greenhouse’) making this open space visible. The open space lends itself perfectly as a meeting place, space for lunch or relaxation.
