Designated use: office space

As the name implies, WestPoint is located at the end of the most westerly point of SugarCity. The office building, designed by Rietveld Architects LLP, New York, comprises three sections, varying from three to six floors. The building sections are enclosed in a steel web and there is an underground car park. Later, there will be 12,000 m2 of office space available at WestPoint.
